Nigeria has recorded new COVID-19 cases with the NCDC announcing 195 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.

HSENations reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 195 new COVID-19 cases in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Wednesday evening, May 6.
This online safety news platform understands that the NCDC noted that of the 95 COVID-19 cases recorded on Tuesday evening, 82 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, 82-Lagos,30-Kano,19-Zamfara,18-Sokoto,10-Borno,9-FCT,8-Oyo,5-Kebbi,5-Gombe,4-Ogun,3-Katsina,1-Kaduna,1-Adamawa, northern Nigeria.

This development means that Nigeria’s total confirmed cases of coronavirus have risen to three thousand one hundred and forty-five (3145) with five hundred and thirty-four (534) people discharged and one hundred and three (103) deaths recorded so far.
