Employees can be a victim of work place violence the same way they can be a victim of Mental health issues. Organization should ensure that at all time every employee should know their Civic right, also HSE Professional who are accessible to discuss issues like this with should be made available to employees, statistic has shown about four million people suffer from work place violence either from colleagues or people they work directly or indirectly under.
