Role Summary
The ESG and HSE Manager will guide the organisation’s Environmental, Social, and Governance agenda while ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. The role focuses on sustainability planning, regulatory management, stakeholder engagement, and building a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop ESG strategies and performance metrics aligned with global standards.
Lead environmental sustainability initiatives including waste management and energy efficiency.
Oversee HSE policies and ensure compliance with national and international regulations.

Requirements

Job Description
The HSEQ Supervisor will oversee daily health, safety, environment, and quality activities across site operations. The role includes supervising site inspections, toolbox talks, job hazard analysis, and permit to work systems. The supervisor will ensure full application of the HSE Management System, emergency response plan, and all safe operating procedures.
The role requires conducting incident investigations using recognised root cause analysis methods and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are closed out. Responsibilities include monitoring environmental performance such as waste control, spill prevention, and emission checks, and reporting deviations.
The supervisor will coordinate regulatory inspections and maintain full compliance with DPR or NMDPRA, FMEnv, and other authorities. The job also involves leading fire drills, evacuation exercises, and training sessions, managing the performance of HSEQ officers, documenting audits and compliance logs, and facilitating HSE induction for staff and contractors.
The successful candidate will support internal and external audits and maintain constant communication with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure alignment on all HSEQ expectations.
