1. Working Environment
A work environment is the setting, social features and physical conditions in which an employee performs his or her job. Elements within this environment can affect the feelings of wellbeing, workplace relationships, collaboration, efficiency, and employee health. A conducive environment is likely to make an employee satisfied with their job depending on their unique abilities, but definitely, an environment which is not conducive will engender dis-satisfaction all the time

2. Fair Policies and Practice
In most working organizations, individual employees often find pleasure in performing their duty until there is a shift in fairness and its policy. No employee likes to be taken for granted or treated like a commoner.
employment of workers should be based on equality without discrimination or segregation especially because of race, color, or creed. This is where equality of fairness must come into practice.

3. Promotion
Every employee work with the aim of attaining a better and more recognizable position. When this is not visible, employees are likely to lose interest, which will reduce the level of satisfaction they derive from their job. Promotion in the traditional sense of climbing the hierarchical corporate ladder of success is no longer available as it once was, and the moment an employee notices this, it becomes difficult to gain satisfaction in performing their job.

If an employee feels that he or she is considered an important part of the team, he or she belongs to the organization, then there are higher chances of job satisfaction.

Texting or emailing an employee on his/her birthday, communicating the crisis to even at the ground level employee, making special efforts during festive seasons, all these small little gestures make an employee believe that he or she belongs to the firm.

5. Initiation and leadership
If an employee is given an equal number of opportunities to show their talent, take the lead and initiate, then the chances of having a higher level of job satisfaction are more.

Suppose in an organization; no employee is asked to give suggestions, nobody is bothered to inform them of the decision.

There are only a few figures who always lead the team. Then the remaining bodies just assume they are not needed or their input is not required for the growth of the company. A situation like this makes employees feel unsatisfied with their work.

For each working person, job satisfaction has a different meaning. There are different factors that influence the level of job satisfaction.

It is vital for an employee to have a satisfaction level derived from the job that he or she is doing.
