Sometimes these method may differ and violate the principles and technique to which they should be performed thereby the need to train employees on Operational safety is very important. Method and technique lay down by the organization should be followed strictly as to avoid any form of safety related issues been inflicted on the employees or the environment .

Safety programme should be concise and short, full of diagram description and case study examples as this will help the employees to have them in mind at all time .
