In Health, Environment and safety industries, one of the things Professional put into consideration is hazard which can pose effect on workers, Environment and also equipments.
To be able to solve this issues , a person at first needs to identify the hazard, since not all hazard are easily noticeable, the need for expert maybe required to check and Identify some.

Chemical hazards are hazardous substances that can cause harm. These hazards can result in both health and physical impacts, such as skin irritation, respiratory system irritation, blindness, corrosion and explosions. Other time they may cause reaction which will lead to a greater destruction of the health system of the employees.

Employees should be careful when using chemical, they should be cautious when handling hazardous chemical materials .
3. Physical Hazards
Physical hazards are environmental factors that can harm an employee without necessarily touching them, including heights, noise, radiation and pressure, breeze etc. These can be likely also to Environmental hazard.
Solution
People on duty should be sensitive to situations and happenings around them during working hours.

4. Safety Hazards
These are hazards that makes the workplace unsafe for working conditions. E.g an unfixed tap that got the whole placed filled with water, or exposed wire from machine that can cause electrical damage to both staff and working equipments.
Solution
Every form of damages should be taken care of immediately it is noticed to avoid procrastination.
5. Ergonomic Hazards
Ergonomic hazards are a result of physical factors that can result in musculoskeletal injuries. For example, a poor workstation setup in an office, poor posture and manual handlings.

6. Psychosocial Hazards
Psychosocial hazards include those that can have an adverse effect on an employeeâs mental health or wellbeing. E.g, unfriendly in communication with Employees, sexual harassment, victimisation, stress and workplace violence.
Solution
Employees should be treated fairly at all time, a situation where Employees is noticed to be battling with any of such issues, help should be rendered to them
