There is a common saying that “once you learn how to ride a bike, you never forget.” That may be true, but you can get rusty. Driving is no different. Like any learned skill, your driving skills can fade without practise. Organization should consider what employees may have forgotten from their last period of driving till that period they need to drive. Review their skills, retrain if it’s necessary for them to take the training again.
